This letter is to commend you on your company’s service and, in particular, your employee, Earl Bryant. Earl has been to my house several times to give estimates and to start painting crews. He is always very pleasant, very thorough. He even remembered my dog’s name after a period of some years. My experience has been that Earl is dependable in that he arrives when expected. The estimates are detailed and precise and we appreciate the fact that the final price doesn’t vary from the given estimate. He called to let me know when the crew would be at my home and to follow up as they neared completion of the job. The crews did good work painting. Dear Madam/Sirs,

I wish to express my thanks and appreciation for your excellent handling of my unfortunate problem. Briefly, there was a hole in my roof which caused a leak into the wall of my kitchen. This hole caused damage to the drywall with unsightly seepage and water damage.

In order to repair this damage a large portion of damage to the drywall had to be replaced, and a large area of the wall had to be repainted with matching paint.

Fortunately, I contacted Casey's Painting and you promptly inspected the damage and repaired it in one day. Now my kitchen looks like it never happened. Your employees were very professional and thorough.

Lynn and I were very impressed and pleased with the crews from Casey's Painting and with the results of their work.

The pressure washing was done quickly and competently, and the house almost looked good enough to cancel the painting. Unfortunately, the pressure washing didn't do any of the necessary siding and trim repairs...

Carlos and his crew replaced numerous delaminated and damaged siding boards and rotting or damaged trim boards. They were very careful, treating the house as if it were their own. The dormers were especially in need of repair, and now look like new.

The new paint was very carefully applied, and as a result of the repairs and the painting, the house now looks brand new again, erasing twenty-four years of weathering and usage.

While Carlos and all of his crew were very impressive, we have to make a special note of Juan's efforts - he worked very hard and very rapidly, but he also maintained a very high level of quality in everything that he did.

We have already recommended Casey's to several friends and will have no hesitation to continue recommending you. Thank you!

Thank you for another superb job! Three words immediately come to mind when we think of Casey’s – quality, dependability, and professionalism. We have contracted Casey’s for multiple painting and carpentry projects for two properties and have been extremely pleased with the results of each. Our projects have included everything from exterior and interior painting and deck staining to complex carpentry projects, including building a new deck (with high stairs on a mountainside lot), wood replacement, and more.

Our special thank to Earl who has worked with us to coordinate each project and has communicated with us from start to finish! Earl has worked to ensure every project is completed to our satisfaction. On one particular project, there was a pigment problem with the custom exterior paint and he immediately engaged the manufacturer and worked with their representative to quickly resolve the problem and successfully complete the job on time. We can always depend on Earl!

And, we would also like to extend our sincere thanks to the Casey’s teams and project leaders (especially, Sergio, Nikko, and Javier). From our experience, Casey’s employees have always proven to be competent skilled professionals who take great pride in their work and their company. They have always taken extra care when performing painting and carpentry services at our homes – everything from draping shrubs to temporarily detaching trellised roses. Nikko even carefully moved a bluebird box ( with a mom and her nestlings inside ) to a temporary location nearby, while the team quickly painted the wall of the porch, and then replaced the box to its original location!

My old deck needed lots of work (parts were unsafe). It had been built by a Casey's team about 14 years ago and was in need of updating. For the new job, I especially wanted to recognize the work that Oscar and Armando recently completed on my deck rebuild. They worked long and hard, even in the rain at some points, to complete the job pretty quickly. Here are some of the items they addressed:

• Almost all of the deck had to be replaced
• Old cement footings had to be dug/broken up and new footings poured
• Oscar explained that a slight change in design of the stairs was needed for stability and to meet code
• They hauled off all old materials and debris so I ended up with a clean site

Overall, I am extremely pleased with the result and am now waiting until staining is needed once the wood has cured some. I would definitely recommend the Oscar/Armando deck team of Casey's. I even noticed my next door neighbor has some Casey's work on his house as we speak...

Also, the office team (penny and Jacque) were most helpful in proposal/estimate communications and setting up billing/payment (glad you finance now!)...

Overall a most pleasant experience 🙂

Everyone was very nice and cleaned up which I appreciated since I have a puppy who would have eaten, chewed, and swallowed anything left laying around. I recently had my deck rebuilt by Casey's Painting. Yes, a painting company builds decks. I was a little apprehensive at first with no reference pictures and decks aren't cheap, especially with (high) wood prices during a pandemic. After speaking with Gordon, he understood what I was looking for, without cutting corners. Each piece of wood is screwed in (no nails like some competitors to save time and money).

Casey's Painting has it's own deck team. There's only one team dedicated to building a quality deck. Oscar and his son, Armando, are hard workers and true craftsmen! All the old wood was removed by hand and hauled off in the Casey Deck truck (no dumpsters or trailers damaging the property). Each day they would bring what materials and wood were needed for that day. The wood was not drop-shipped by a box store. I was very impressed and happy with the quality and attention to detail. If you need a deck get on the waiting list now!

I wanted to reach out and share with you my recent experience with Casey's Painting.

Casey's Painting was recommended to us by our neighbor, who recently had a major project with them and their home looks fantastic. They just completed a major project on our home: painting, replacing a lot of trim around the house, replacing weathered boards, and fixing items that were incorrectly done by another company.

I rarely write reviews but wanted to pause and share my experience. Brad, the project leader, was responsive, knowledgeable, prompt, and professional, with an eye for detail. Considering this is not the norm these days, we were impressed and appreciative. A sincere thank you to Brad!

Brad's painting crew, with Perez as the leader, are the most hard-working team! They don't stop! Although it was hot outside, the crew kept going until they were finished, and everything was done correctly, cleaning up every night before leaving. Our project was not easy due to our home's height, but this team knows what they are doing and we are thrilled we picked them. Well done, Perez and team.

I got four quotes for the work, but went with your company for the following reasons:

• Jimmy Morris came on time and was professional in dress and manner. He is the only person who pointed out the two areas of wood rot.
• When Jimmy presented me with the quote:
  • The costs were broken out
  • Insurance Certificate was included
  • Better Business Bureau Website was included
  • References from other work in my neighborhood was attached

No other company offered me the above information. In fact, one of the companies had several complaints filed against them with the Better Business Bureau. I also contacted several of the references that were provided and they highly recommended your company.

Just wanted to drop you a short note and tell you how pleased we were with you deck refinish and repair. Also, fixing 3 previously painted closed windows by other vendors. First, your approach to providing a quote was the way I did business when I was in sales and also as a Regional Service Manager. Secondly, I want to compliment your crew led by Romero, he and his other two did a super job and were very professional. And lastly, your timing from onsite estimate to actually doing the job was really spot on.

My deck had been mistreated the last time I had someone redo my deck. They didn't seem to understand what to do and how to do it, but were recommended by my remodeling contractor. The problem was that they were interior painters and not really versed in exterior work, they even asked to borrow my pressure washer as theirs was on the fritz. They used the wrong material both for the pressure wash and for recoating the deck. Plus they only did the deck and not the stairs or the support beams.

Your crew did a really great job. They were neat, polite, and professional. I only had minor questions and they understood and explained things and went an extra mile in letting us select the correct material and color. So anyone that needs a recommendation, we'd be happy to provide one.

Dear Joey,

I just wanted to let you know that I am very happy with the way the painting of my home turned out. Robert and the other crew members really took their time to make sure all the prep work was done before they started painting my home. After they were finished, we walked around the house together to inspect the job and touch up any areas that we thought needed it. The crew also did a great job on the clean up and ask me again to check over everything before they left.
